Can you add people on mafia wars that are playing it on the itouch?

Mafia Wars Vault Collections
You can only add people to you Mafia that are playing on the same platform. If you are playing on Facebook, you can not add someone that is on the ipod touch. On the iPod touch and iPhone your friend should have a player id for adding other iPod players.
