This is a small glitch in the game to save some money when going to the Mafia Wars hospital. Mafia Wars Hospital glitch tutorial:

When Fighting in Mafia Wars

1. Fight somebody once.

2. open hospital in new window.

3. continue to fight until you need to get health.

4. go to the bank and deposit all your mafia wars money MINUS what the hospital window says you need to heal your self

5. click “Heal” screen says you paid a lot more that you actually did.
(Note: It will take any remaining money you have on you up till what you should have paid ex. you open the hospital and it says you need 1000, you deposit all but 1500, actual heal shoud have cost 10,000, it will take all 1500 you left)
