well at the moment you cant get one, the people who made mafia wars bring out a new weapon every couple of weeks. right now its a chainsaw they might bring it back out but you never know you just gotta keep checking
the catch to these items though is you can only buy one if you recruit new mafia members from your friends list. its a clever ploy to force you into recruiting.

u have to loot them in jobs where it says loot below jobs maybe in level 18 or something….
u also have to have enough friends……..
